What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship using USPS. However, we also offer FedEx and UPS as alternative options, which you can select during checkout based on your preference and delivery needs.
How long does processing take?
Both domestic and international orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. When our order volume allows, we love getting packages out even sooner! Please note that processing and shipping times may increase during major holidays and peak seasons.
Note for International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination, and customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import duties.
